"We spent three nights at the property. Arrival was easy, communication was promptly answered. We needed more laundry detergent and we had it in less than half hour. We had no complaints whatsoever. We would likely stay there again when we return to Madrid."

"Check in was a little stressful because we were given an incorrect access code into the building. I called them and they said they would email me the correct code, but I told them I was outside the door with no WiFi, then they gave it to me over the phone. Once in we were able to retrieve the cards to enter the unit. Unit was clean, furniture a little worn, but comfortable.
