"Driving in it looks a bit average but we had our townhouse upgraded. Room was clean and heaps of space, quiet and close to supermarket, cafes - really good value for money "

"The hotel staff gave a congested parking lot just in the corner of building pillar, despite there were lots of empty and easy parking lot. Besides, paying $20 extra for parking, I got narrow parking lot and car's mirror struck on pillar edge. The room was in the corner side, but it was shown different room while I booked for it. The strong scent was being used into room and I struggled to tolerate it. Additionally, that room was not quiet, some noise was coming from aircon and noise of a machine from outside of this building for the whole night. Overall, the experience was really awful."

"I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia."

"Not our first time staying so we obviously like it. I have two not-negotiable criteria for a hotel/motel. 1. Good sheets and comfy bed (tick) and 2. A good bathroom. (Tick) That includes decent water pressure and non-fixed shower head plus great soap and shampoo. The Alberts 'fig' range is great. We will be back."
