"The property was so clean and amazing! They have it decorated right now for fall and it looks so good. The room was clean and comfortable we had a king suite and it was perfect. There is a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland, we will definitely stay again!"

"Originally I rated this 2 stars because I had a mix up with the date of my reservation and the supervisor at the front desk was completely unhelpful basically said NO and would not accommodate me even though it was Hilton's website that made the error ( I would be out a few hundred dollars). I still paid for an additional room. The next day after my stay a Hilton service rep called me and apologized and got me a refund for the date that was incorrect and gave me some Hilton points for my inconvenience. Service rep was great. Because of him I will keep using Hilton for my future stays. After that I changed my rating to 4 stars"

"Check in is at 4pm and the only bar on site closes at 5pm. The following day we found out that the Island Store sells alcohol. Food is provided by 2 restaurants near by but we found out that using door dash was better. The restaurant we really wanted to eat at was closed for Labor Day. Staff was accommodating and overall we had a great time."
