"Great location with the shopping center being attached. The local Hollywood vibe was great. Even though you have to uber to universal studios, it’s still a solid choice to stay here if that’s where you’re headed. I would recommend and stay here again."

"If you’re going to a baseball game or somewhere downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to navigate getting back. So many movies were filmed here so it’s kind of fun to experience. They give you a few more perks compared to other hotels when you check in like the beverage credit some spa credit and different things instead of just 1. The staff and attitudes in the restaurants and cafes could be a lot better, but it’s LA and part of the culture. I also called for bell service and they told me that they didn’t do bell service and I was like OK… and then he called back and said I’m sorry I was just really busy so I didn’t appreciate being lied to you, but I’m glad that he apologized"

"The view was great! We upgraded to the higher floor package and were on the top floor facing the bay. The hotel was convenient to everything we did and wanted to do. The room was a bit dated and worn and the price for parking was a little bit steep. Lizle was a FANTASTIC front desk host. She was warm and inviting from the start to finish of our stay. You have a jewel of an employee with her."

"A really nice location an excellent hotel. The food was a bit expensive but actually quite good. A very nice pool but unfortunately no Jacuzzi or whirlpool I would give it a 9.3 on a scale of 10 staff was helpful and generally friendly."
