「This was the most beautiful setting, and the host thought of everything I didn’t need to bring most of what I packed. Thank you.」

「Everything about our stay was wonderful! We loved the location of the cabin, and it was the perfect size for our family. The board games were such a thoughtful touch and made the cabin feel even cozier. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and easy to reach throughout our trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!」

「Had issues with the check-in but host was able to resolve. Cabin was as pictured and overall good experience.」

「This place was so nice and cozy, i would say better than the pictures even. Fireplaces upstairs and downstairs were a hit, and it was super quiet at nice. A great place to get away and rest. We even extended our stay and had them deliver more firewood it was so nice. I would gladly return, or at least see what else Cool Cabins has to offer. Close to the lake and shops nearby, but away from traffic and backs onto the forest. Whats not to like?」

「Quite location, super clean and user friendly with great attention to detail for all guest needs」

「Initially was a bit surprised by the unpaved dirt roads getting there, but couldn’t have been happier settling in. The home is very remote and quiet. It’s a bit of a drive into town, but totally worth it! We didn’t want to leave much anyway. The location was easy to find with Google maps (even late at night) and the check-in process was straightforward. The space was neat, clean and organized. Plenty of games to pass the time indoors in the AC and lots of beautiful spaces outdoors to enjoy. The...

「Expedia promoted this location as having a hot tub, including reviews that commented on it. That's why I selected this location. There is no hottub! 」

「Beautiful cabin! Love the hammock and the hot tub. Nice and quiet.」

「Nice little cabin located in a quite area of big Bear.」

「Such a cute house!」

「It was very clean! Full fridge, heating/AC was very easy to navigate. They provided soap and a sample of shampoo and conditioner. I wouldn’t say these were negatives just more annoyances that’s why I still give them 5 stars - the handle for the shower kept slipping off so it was hard to maneuver the hot and cold and turning on and off, the shower liner was rusted and stained and the shower head was built up with timescale so the water pressure was low. The TV remote in bedroom didn’t work, so...

「Small cozy, good for a couple, very quiet.」

「very lovely setting.......quaint cottage....cozy retro interior......very comfortable beds. The host was communicative and had a biography of himself and his family available; They sound like a Stellar Family. We enjoyed art on the deck and the wild turkeys passing by. It was nice to have television in both bedrooms. A great retreat destination. Thank you!」

「Cutest little cabin, very homie, very quiet, perfect for a family with littlest, kids loved it happy there was a playground, our puppy enjoyed the backyard and pine cones 🤗 had everything we needed」

「The cabin itself had positives and we enjoyed parts of our stay, but unfortunately there were some issues. There was significant noise from neighboring properties during the week and it only escalated towards the weekend. We also dealt with ants during the stay and they got into everything including our personal belongings. After checkout, I was contacted about an additional cleaning charge. I asked for details and photos showing what required the extra cleaning, but as of four days later I...
