"The room was clean in the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful in accommodating especially the breakfast staff. My husband loved the varieties for breakfast. My only suggestion would be to add Maybe some dairy free options like almond milk or yogurt dairy free."

"It wad ok. Whoever was in the room across from me was in & out of the room all night. All I heard was the door slam so very rude when people are trying to sleep. The room was clean & the bed was soft. I didn’t care for the light in the bathroom. It kept turning off while I was in the shower because it’s on a motion. Should have a way to turn it on until it’s turned off. Also there are signs that say no smoking by the building but while I was bringing my stuff upstairs there was a lady sitting right by the door smoking."

"This hotel is in a walkable area of New Albany. It is a quick drive to anything in downtown Louisville. Great location. The building is aging, but it is well kept up. The room was newly renovated. We were comfortable for our one night stay."
