"Friendly staff, fast check in, spacious rooms. The included breakfast was really good and until late. Didn't love that there's no self parking, but overall a good stay."

"On the plus side - the staff was helpful, the location was great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. On the minus side - the room left us disappointed. The room had a poor smell, the bathroom needed some obvious cosmetic and mechanical repairs (and only offered one-ply TP), and the mini fridge made a clicking noise on and off all throughout the day/night. We also had an issue with the streaming device attached to the tv. It felt kind of dungeon-like inside the room when the curtains were closed, which is great at night, but not great during the day. Hopefully the new management company will make some impactful changes."

"This property is tired. I do not mind paying $450 a night for a hotel room if it is deserved. I do mind paying $450 when there’s mold in the shower around the tub, on the ceiling in the shower, the vanity trim around the bathroom mirror is cracked, and the wood cabinets in the bathroom have scratches and knicks. Pool area is nice."

"Rooms are not clean. Although it appears that they are attempting to upgrade the property, the effort seems clear however, the rooms are filthy. They need to put more attention to detail and actually clean the rooms. Staff is amazing. Check-in is amazing. Parking attendance are amazing overall the day was great room is just filthy. I would not read patronize the site until or unless their stars increased to four and above for cleanliness."
