「I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed...

「I booked this room for my niece and grand nephew and paid the full asking price upfront so they wouldn't have to pay anything at the property but when they arrived they were turned away because she didn't have $50 to leave as a deposit. Turned away with no other option but to drive the remaining 4 hours to my house exhausted and lucky not to be a statistic the response from the management of the hotel was that the $50 would have been refunded and there would be no refund for the room rental.
