「This was our first stay at a B&B so we were not really sure what to expect. I have to say we were more than impressed! The Inn is large and gorgeous yet so cozy. The hosts were very welcoming. The room we rented was spacious and had super soft plush carpet, a fireplace, very comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. 「We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Nauvoo. The historic and quaint Mix House added some period charm to our stay. While the house retains much of its 19th century charm, it has the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. It may have been the off season, but food and meal choices were limited in Nauvoo itself. We were grateful for the items we ordered from The Apron Bake Shoppe.」
