Excellent place to stay in Olney. The accommodations are good with the bed being very comfortable. However, what made my stay here so great was the staff's friendliness and helpfulnes. They made my visit here OUTSTANDING (Caps intended). From the front desk staff to the those who cleaned our rooms to the breakfast area staff...they ALL were great. Can't say enough about their attention to the "customers". I definitely will stay here when I return to Olney.

After reading the reviews of all of the Effingham Hotels, we chose The Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was extremely clean, as was our room. The bed was very comfortable, the comforter and pillows were cozy and soft. The bathroom was nice sized with name brand toiletries available. Since this stay was during Covid, it was nice that guests and staff were wearing masks, and hand sanitizer was available at the main check-in desk, as well as, a small bottle in our room. This hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The person at the check-in desk was not very friendly or helpful. However, this is a great hotel and i highly recommend staying here.

We were very happy with both the cleanliness and the genuine kindness of the staff. I appreciated the texts that check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall, 10/10! We will be back!

I fell in love with the rooms from the Expedia pictures. When I arrived and saw the room and the hotel I was still in love. The biggest draw back was no elevator. Yes, it was only one flight of stairs. However, it felt like five trying to maneuver them with luggage and a cane. It was a beautiful space and I'm still glad I stayed there.

We had a king size bed this trip and it wasn’t as comfortable as the queen beds we had a week earlier. The staff as friendly regardless of being busier the prior week.

Guest check in was easy and pleasant. Samantha waa great and even suggested a wonderful place for dinner. She was spot on. Room was beautiful and super clean. Comfy bed too. Breakfast was very good and one if the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for a great stay!

It was so quaint and spacious. Love the cute vintage decor. It was fun to read the hidden notes in the brick wall. The room was quiet and clean. There was a free coffee bar down the hallway. It was close to all the attractions. The $10 breakfast credit was easy to use at a choice of local restaurant. We received a code to enter the building and room. Staff were very professional and informative. Highly recommend and would stay again. Great place in a quaint little town.

Very nice room - but check-in was a nightmare. The key did not scan - so we pulled our suitcase back down to the front desk - they swiped the key again, acted like we were cray and didn't know how to operate the room key and sent us back up to try again. Great place to stay. We prefer a Drury over a Hampton or Fairfield.

Everything about the hotel and my stay was wonderful. Will stay there next year.
