"The staff were amazing! Their customer service was great and they were welcoming! The actual hotel itself is actually very clean and it's walking distance from several malls and a Lawson's convenience store is across the street on the Palm Drive side of the hotel! I arrived at the hotel on a weekday and it took me about 15 minutes with 4pm traffic. Overall it was a great stay!"

The staff was wonderful and a special shout out to Joel in the club lounge for his exceptional hospitality. The breakfast buffet was a perfect start daily with an amazing selection. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again next time I’m in Singapore."
