気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I didn't last an hour in this hotel. Initially, I didn't realize that they were not ADA compliant. I was given a room on the second floor and asked for an elevator and she said there wasn't one. I then asked for a room on the first floor, she said they were booked and didn't have any other rooms. It was late so I struggled up the stairs to the room. I sat my things down. The comforter on the bed had stains and still, I decided I'd just sleep in the other bed. I tried to turn on the television, it did not work at all. I then went to use the restroom and then there was an insect crawling across the floor. At that point, I gathered my things, struggled back downs the stairs and told the staff that I could not stay there. It was at that point that she offered me another room. I declined, but asked, how did she now have ac room when just moments ago, they were booked? They need an extermination and deep cleaning. I do not recommend staying here until they have upgraded there facility.
