There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings."

"We had the best family vacation at the Parkside Beach House!!! Julia was always quick to respond so check-in went smoothly. We made a lot of memories in the kitchen as we cooked and ate together. The only thing that we did not find was a crockpot but there were so many other dishes, pots and pans that we no longer needed one.The house was as spacious as described and comfortably fit all of our family's ages. We would definitely come back!"
