Didn't like a single thing. Should be shut down and a complete refurbishment. Smelly, dirty, grim, broken items, cheap loo roll, bed not made and cups etc not refreshed or cleaned. I could go on and on..... £125 a night is appalling. We will be looking to get some form of refund. The management / proprietors should be ashamed. I wouldn't let my dog stay in here.

Cheap convenient and friendly stay at Days Inn

The lady at check in was very helpful and switched us to a ground floor room when requested. They had noted my request for a late check out and made it available (at the £10 published cost) As the hotel is next to a motorway service station there was the usual facilities including ev charge points The hotel is basic but ideal for a short and easy hop to Southampton cruise terminals

Great wee hotel

Really. A Windham!

This was the worst hotel I have had to stay in for a while. I wasn't overly surprised. It was a one night stay on a motorway hotel, it wasn't going to be a 5 star experience. The bed was rock hard and really uncomfortable. The bathroom had seen better days. The shower/bath switch didn't really work so it was a paddle and shower. I'm so glad it was just a one night stay. Last resorts only.

A really quiet, and relaxed overnight stay. Nice location right next to services, but set back far enough to not be disturbed by them. Really clean smart modern rooms.

No problems at all, and Loraine on reception was very helpful. My wife is disabled and Loraine not only managed to change us to a more accessible room, but gave us recommendations for a local eatery which was excellent

Very unhappy.

We’ve stayed at several of these hotels and never had an issue but we were very disappointed this time. We didn’t get any sleep until at least 3:30 because of people talking really loudly and making a noise. As the desk is not manned at night I didn’t know what to do. As I’d been driving for 4hrs I really wanted some sleep but didn’t get any. This has put me off using your hotels again.

The room was disabled room and there was constant noise from something next door it may have been a lift or electric box but it kept waking me up. Reception lady was lovely when I booked in though and very helpful. There was mould in room in corner and I could smell it too.
