Situated less than 2 miles from the historic village square of Hamble-Le-Rice, with its renowned quay (where you can even catch the small pink passenger ferry to Warsash), these lodges are conveniently surrounded by several pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, and shops. Hamble boasts efficient rail connections from a nearby train station to London, Southampton, and Portsmouth. Over the centuries, the village has played a significant role in the nation’s aviation and maritime history, uniquely holding a priory, a Norman church, and a castle. Today, Hamble is celebrated as a hub of sailing and yachting excellence, drawing visitors with its warm community spirit, especially during the summer months. It serves as an ideal base for those looking to explore the area, with popular destinations like maritime Southampton and Portsmouth, home to historic ships, designer shopping, leisure facilities, and ferries to the Isle of Wight.

Family Visits

Very homely and comfortable with all the needs to make it a pleasant and lovely stay. The location very good for access to motorway and other routes to places of interest. As we are familiar with area it was ideal for visiting family and friends .Very Good
