「The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area. 」

「House was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown shops and mall. Communication with host was excellent. Driveway was a little on the rough side. Would definitely stay again.」

「The host was very gracious and patient with me. I would love to be their guest again! 」

「Loved our stay- great location and adorable house. Host was very communicative.」

「Top tier place to stay. The host was wonderful, accommodating and friendly. The house was beautiful and well decorated. Close to everything. Felt like home.」

「Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so...

「Everything went fine」

「This house should be condemned. Black mold in a couple rooms, water damage in all rooms, lights not working and missing some light bulbs, place was filthy! Carpets were stained. Worst place ever.」

「The property is in a nice location. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m. the house was not clean at all (dirty bathroom, wash cloths, towels, dirty sheets, unmade bed, trash on table, etc.). It took me 2-3 hours to get in contact with our host and had to contact VRBO direct to help try and resolve. The cleaners finally showed up at 8:30 p.m. to clean the house, we missed time with family & friends that we traveled hours to see for a wedding because of dealing with this "Unclean" House.」
