「Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle.」

「Hotel room was extremely hot: NO AC which may be fine except during July temperatures. We had to sleep on top of the covers with the drapes open and the window open just to try and get some cool air. Traffic noise and lighting from the parking lot affected our sleep. It just wasn't a positive experience. The hotel lobby has AC but not the rooms. We were sweating in the middle of the night. A major hotel chain in the 21st c. needs to upgrade and get AC.」

「What truly made our stay special was the incredible kindness and dedication of the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and really made a difference. As for the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about: the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a good rest. It was the ideal pit stop on the road after leaving Dublin, just before heading out to explore the Rock of Cashel. We recommend this place without hesitation!」
