"This resort is wonderful! The food is absolutely fabulous. We were there for four nights in off-season and it was quiet and romantic. This is not a party type place-at least when we were there. The staff is so warm and friendly and always smile. They had a party by the pool with great snacks and free drinks and very comfortable atmosphere. I would come back here. "Absolutely an amazing resort in Phuket. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with cozy couches, and a seating area on the balcony as well as a soak tub. 2 min walk to the beach with a ton of restaurants, massage parlors, and shops on the strip. Must book a reservation at Black Ginger restaurant, Rivet Restaurant, and the brunch they host on Sundays. They also do a BBQ on Wednesday nights so reserve that as well. "For us the Villa with own pool is the best option to go for. Last time we stayed we had breakfast and diner included whereas this time we went for all meals plus two cocktails each day and a treatment each in the Spa. Having all meals was a mistake as we found that we couldn’t eat everything but for those with a large appetite it would be worthwhile. We would like to mention the lady who made up our Villa every day. Her name was Amm and she was a treasure being super efficient. "

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"The staff were wonderful at the restaurants and kids club. We travelled as a family with 3 kids and one parent working, so it was a welcome relief to have the staff so friendly and welcoming to kids. More than that, the staff were helpful on our trips down to the beach or with any questions we had about logistics. Our stay was quiet, in May.
