This was a great option for a budget stay right in downtown Portland. The building was secure, well maintained, and I loved having a full sized refrigerator and freezer. Portland is very walkable, and there good options for groceries, eating out, pharmacy, and of course, a multitude of coffee shops. Just a few blocks from the lightrail makes this location convenient for many of Portland’s attractions. Staff was friendly and accomodating!

The $60 pet fee for one night stay with my dog was outrageous,I also did not receive any $20 parking credit on my bill as advertised, this takes a reasonably priced very nice hotel on a Thursday to another level adding another $100 on to the total price. a pet fee is fine but $60 is more than I have ever paid,with no pet it would have been reasonable.

I liked the location the cleanliness of the rooms, Property is well maintained. I did not like that you had to pay for parking per night even though we got it validated so presumed it was free, I also did not like that the fridge was so tiny I could not even fit a tiny bowl of dog food in it without turning it sidewards
