"Second time staying there. Stayed there for a week with a family of four. Staff are nice and friendly, but I was frustrated with how difficult it was to schedule housekeeping. At check in, I arranged for housekeeping to come between 12 and 2 every day. Despite calling the office each day to let them know we were heading out and were ready for housekeeping, housekeeping usually did not come.
