I'm wondering if your review is about another stay, your rental dates were 10/28-11/3/23. About your review, our contact info is listed on the VRBO site and app and available as soon as you book the dates. You can also email us through the booking site to ask questions or concerns. We have no calls, emails, or messages sent to us about any issues. The front office is super helpful when it comes to assisting our guests so their stay is smooth. The office priority is to help with issues like these because owners get charged for this service so if they denied helping you, you could have called us to make sure things were fixed for you. A cold front entered midway through your stay, it's possible the cable got interrupted for a few hours. We provide more than 100 DVD and Blu-ray movies for you to play when this happens. We also provide wifi for you to use with your devices. The tv/cable remote can be confusing, it has two power buttons, one button is for the cable power and the other for the tv. Both power buttons have to be "on" to see cable channels. We are sorry you were not liking the weather change and having to stay inside (everything fun is outside) feeling bored. unfortunately, we can not control the weather but we do provide you with games for all ages, video games and toys for the kids, plus movies to play when things like these happen.

Mrs. Arnold was notified of the monthly pest control visit during her stay. She requested for the pest control not to come in during her stay because she was concerned her dog could get sick if it licked the pest solution. We informed her that the pest solution was human and animal safe, and would cause no harm or allergy then was informed the main office charged a rescheduling fee of $120. She agreed & paid it immediately. She also paid an additional $100 Pet fee for the unregistered dog she brought and didn't notify us. All additional charges are listed in the rental agreement, we don't like to interrupt our guests during their stay so we notify them in advance of these visits and respect their choice to reschedule & pay the fee. We will continue to maintain the condo pest-free and allergy-free of pet hair for all our guests. Health & Safety is our priority.

I know accepting your deceitful actions is hard and it's easier to call us crooks than to acknowledge that you took 4 dogs to the condo without paying the dog fees. You even had the guts to call VRBO to request a return of your deposit because you had paid the pet fee only to have them confirm you had not paid it. Your $300 deposit covered the $100 pet fee of EACH DOG (you still owe us $100) and have nothing to do with leaving it "clean" at check-out. You also broke the renter's agreement of maximum 2 pets by bringing in 4 and thinking no one was going to know. We take the pet fee to cover the special cleaning of the condo and change of AC filter before the next incoming renter in order to protect them from having an allergic reaction to pet hair etc.. We are proud to say we have excellent reviews about the condo being always clean and when we are notified of any furniture that is permanently stained, it is immediately ordered so that it can be replaced as soon as possible to offer our guest the best vacation experience. About the AC, it is not a smart thermostat (controlled), you can change it manually to your preferred temperature or call the main office to have them send someone from maintenance to show you how to do it.

Seven months ago we replaced the washer/dryer and it burned out 2 days before your vacation dates, we apologize for this unforeseen occurrence. We ordered a new one again and I hope it comforts you to know that it has now been replaced for the use of our future renters. We suggested you use the complex's dryers so that your towels be dry for your use but you got offended by this, we can not take them and dry them for you to prevent you from the possibility of virus contamination. We provided you will a towel for each guest in the reservation and we don't provide additional towels unless they are damage and need replacement. My manager was always in contact with you through your stay but you were never happy or pleased about the assistance. Also your rental rate was NOT premium rate, you paid our low season special of $69 per night. We offer the same quality rental service to a low or high season rate reservation and we go the extra mile when renters make special requests in advance and try to please as much as possible such as getting wine, flowers etc. for honeymooners or request vehicle permits for late arrivals and set them on the counter etc.. You were a last minute booking and we would of gladly worked with you if you had requested us more towels a week in advance, so as you can see there was no way we could have pleased you. As for toiletries, we provide you with complimentary items while you go shopping for your vacation hygiene needs. This was stated in the renter's agreement you read and signed when booking the dates, we are not a hotel.
