The Space
Thank you for considering our bright and beach-y condo at Surfside I. This is
a great 3rd-floor unit #304 with views of the courtyard and hot tub area.
This property features a nice pool as well and is oh-so-close to the public
beach access about a half a block away
While there are stairs (no elevator), this 3rd floor space offers a great view
of the courtyard with no noise above you. The condo has a large patio with
chairs for morning coffee or a sunset margarita.
Inside, you'll notice the open concept kitchen flowing into the living room
with many updates.
If you're looking for an affordable yet vibrant beach getaway that allows you
to gather around the sparkling pool, lounge in the hot tub, or stroll the
lovely beach or Gulf Blvd, Surfside is a great choice.
The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, nightlife,
and Island attractions. Surfside I #304 combines comfort and style for a beach
retreat and is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs up to 25 lbs each)
The condo is a colorful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit accommodating allowing up
to 7 max guests. A newly renovated bathroom has a stand-in shower with a
rainwater type shower head. The living room TV is a 4K, 50-inch flat-screen
with a Dolby sound bar and a Blu-ray/DVD player.
The condo offers free high-speed WiFi for work or play, though spectrum
internet can be spotty at times, generally it is fine – there is a desk with
an ergonomic chair for remote work efficiency. Bring your laptop to work from
the beach!
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and more to save you
money and time for family meals.
Please message us for active military and special off-season discounts for 3
or more nights from Sept 15 to Dec 15 as well as tackle football coach

The living room features a spacious sectional sofa, providing ample seating
around the TV. Off the living room, enjoy the private balcony and sea breeze
of South Padre Island.
Bedding includes a Queen in the master, two single in the 2nd bedroom, a couch
(not pull-out), and an airbed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using the
couch or the airbed.
Linen, towels, and a basic starter pack of toiletries are provided with the
rental though the starter pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods, soaps etc are
not unlimited nor replenished.

cancellation policy.
This property requires wristbands most times of the year, and in March there
is a per person wristband fee of $35 plus 17% tax for additional security. We
pre-collect for guest convenience. This is only for March as spring break.
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre
Blvd 78597. We do not provide access to the owner's garage as it is their
personal storage. City of South Padre Island short-term rental license
available upon request. **Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8
through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
