HiSpeed WiFi, AC, and a washing machine on complex site. Tennis counts, workout gym. Basket of pool toys, folding chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen which we keep current. We also supply you with a BERKEY water filter system so you don't have to haul bottles of water to your unit. Coffee and starter amenities with a couple of snacks thrown in for fun.
