The rooms are very comfortable, and there’s good food and plenty of it. There’s lots of activities the hosts can help you to explore, otherwise the Lodge is also in an amazing location if just wanting to relax. 」

「This is an absolute haven of tranquility and you don’t expect a lodge like that while driving down the East coast of Raiatea. The garden is stunning and you can read about all the plants. By the small beach is a lily pond and the hillside is a jungle of the most amazing vegetation. I was greeted very warmly and shown around, there is a beautiful communal area with a kitchen that is fully stocked and then you have little spaces in and outside of the fridge for the things you buy for yourself....

「This is a lovely little spot. Great views over the bay, plenty of space in the room, nice and quiet, and either a 15min walk or very quick taxi ride into town. Patrick and the family that hosts the lodge are very kind and welcoming.」
