「Stayed for the pool & hot tub both broken, frozen water. Workout room closed. Paid alot of money for 1 night and really needed the hot tub after 12 hours of driving. Hotel room,bathroom had dog poop on the wall & door. Brought everything to the attion of the front desk, they didnt really care. Im sure they heard it from alot of people. I would like a partial refund. I would call before staying again. 」
