「"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 「Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for!
