"Hot tub was packed, was packed with kids and adults. Hotel it self was full due to a wrestling event. We were in room 127, end of hall by pool and stair well elevator was broke, very, very noisy. I went to the front desk and they said it should settle down after the pool closes at 10, which for the most part I did, but that didn’t help me you want to use the pool in hot tub terrible for a price of 177 for one night for a couple. "

"Do not book this hotel. It’s extremely dirty everything is shut down the elevators are broke th pool is green and they have no cleaning staff. The worst stay I ever had. Police were patrolling the hallways due to crime and drugs. "

"The guy that checked us in was really nice! Then we got a bang at our door at 11pm at night about towels, woke everyone up and we had a do not disturb sign on our door. Definitely won’t be going back, only thing that was okay was the pool. Said they had a hot tub but don’t but that’s okay. "

"We stayed in a suite, which I didn't mind paying about a hundred dollars more than usual.($265) All I expect for that is a great bed and a great shower. The bed was ok, not super comfy cost, but ok. The shower was ridiculous though! The only way to have it hot enough was to have it barely on... Sprinkle barely cover it! After driving 11 hours and paying that much? Not very nice! "

"Room was not clean. The fridge had sticky juice inside. The tv was not working. Outlets were fried and a safety hazard around my two year old. Would not recommend that room with small children. Wished I would get a refund for how horrible the room was"
