Looking for a cute little cabin for your family? Look no further than Tahoe Townie! This 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath home is located right off Pioneer Trail. It`s an easy drive to the lake, the casinos, Heavenly Ski resort and everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. A highlight of this home is the large, private back deck overlooking the forested yard. Important Info

→ This home backs to Pioneer trail so there is a bit of road noise which is dependant on the time of day. It`s a great spot for families which rambunctious kiddos!

→ The garage is locked off for owner storage. In the Summer you can fit 3 cars on the driveway but in the Winter you can only fit 2 cars so please plan accordingly.

→ Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does NOT have AC. If coming during July or August, it can be in the mid 80s. We do provide fans.

→ There is no dining room table at this home. Instead there is seating for 3 at the kitchen counter and 3-4 at the new bar height table in the kitchen. See photo.

→ After you book, we will message you for some additional info. Please check the app often as this is how we prefer to communicate before and during your stay. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement which goes over the local rental laws in more detail as well as other standard house rules. Thank you!

→ The total occupancy is for adults and does not include children 5 & under so extra kids 5 & under are welcome. Just make sure there are enough beds for the kiddos!

→ This home is NOT PET FRIENDLY. The owner`s daughters have an allergy so this is a health and safety issue for them. Good news is we host other pet friendly listings that are more suitable for your pups including ESA/Service animals. Contact us for details on those homes. Thanks!

Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and a few locked owner closets.

Rental Agreement

After you book with us we will either call or message you with some questions in order to get to know you better. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign.

Checking In

You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive.

Communication

You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.

Vacation Rental Ordinance

We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County`s Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)

Charming

Loved our stay here! Cabin was well stocked and super clean. Beds were all comfortable and they left!a cute little welcome basket filled with cookies and local coffee goodies. Location was great and close proximity to everything Tahoe has to offer. They were super responsive to any message I sent and check in was a breeze. Would definitely love to stay here again.
