If you are looking to spend a day out adventuring, travel to the nearby mountains for an exhilarating hike, jog down to the lake’s edge and jump right in, or spend a day zipping down the snowy slopes, and then return to the backyard hot tub to soothe your muscles and soak in the stunning meadow and mountain views. The front yard and backyard are fully fenced, which is ideal for the family dog.

Make use of the gas fireplace and relax in front of the HDTV with cable and DVD players. Conk out in one of the two downstairs bedrooms both with queen beds. Send the kids upstairs to enjoy their own bonus room with TV. The bedroom with 4 twin beds is ideal for a sleepover. The master suite hosts a queen bed, HDTV, full private bathroom with walk-in shower, and incredible views.

If cooking is your forte, enjoy the kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics. Or step outside and BBQ up a delicious meal on back deck. Serve your family at the dining table with seats for 8 and views of the meadow.

Pet Policy:
1–2 dogs are allowed with pre-approval. No other pets. Please bring a crate if dogs will be left unattended. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Barking or disruptive behavior may result in fines or removal. Guests are responsible for any extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.

We follow Rent Responsibly standards and VHR ordinances. Noise-monitoring equipment protects guests from complaints. Outdoor security cameras ensure parking compliance. No interior cameras are used.

This home has security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements as well as a security camera in the backyard overlooking the meadow. We care about your safety and security and do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.
