The Space:

Whether you're visiting in summer, winter, or the quieter seasons of fall and spring, this peaceful getaway offers a serene escape year-round.
Adventure awaits just outside your door! With miles of walking and biking trails nearby, you’re only about 10 minutes from the Lake, casinos, and Heavenly Ski Resort. Heading the other direction, Sierra at Tahoe is also just 10 minutes away. Whether you’re bringing skis, snowboards, bikes, paddle boards, or hiking boots, there’s an adventure for everyone. After a day of exploration, come back to relax and recharge in this perfect home base.
HOME LAYOUT
Downstairs, you'll find the main living areas—a cozy living room, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. The bedroom has backyard access and a queen bed. Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a shared full bathroom. It does get warmer upstairs, so keep that in mind for your comfort. Off the kitchen, there’s a large deck with seating and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.

HOME FYI'S
• Permitted parking for up to 2 vehicles (tandem) in the driveway. No street parking allowed in Tahoe.
• If you're bringing bikes, please store them in the backyard behind the gate on the left side of the house. This area is secure and the owners store their bikes there as well.
• No dishwasher at the cabin, but it's stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• Full-time local family lives across the street, so this home is best suited for families.
• This home is not pet-friendly, so please leave your furry friends at home.
• Please note: The pellet stove is currently out of service, but the cabin remains warm with other heating options.
TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
The following laws are set by the county and apply to all homes in Tahoe:
1. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am for all rentals.
2. Trash must be placed in the bear box and cannot be left outside.
3. We cannot host additional people or allow parties.
4. Parking is not allowed on the street or in dirt areas.
Please note: Neighbors may alert the police, who will issue fines for violations. To protect the owner’s permit, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave if this happens.
5. The number of overnight occupants cannot exceed two people per permitted bedroom. Children 6 years or older count toward the occupancy limit.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.
