We had a great adventure on our vacation at Lake Tahoe! We enjoyed a double decker pontoon boat, kayaking, jet skiing, and dining on beach front patios! The VRBO was accommodating to all of the different ages in our family……….a wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

We spent several nights and enjoyed our stayed. The house was spacious to accommodate all of us. The game room was a hit with the young and older kids. And the hot tub was a nice touch after a cold swim in Lake Tahoe. Nice parking area and garage as well. The place does need some TLC though. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

We had 11 people stay in the home for my father in laws birthday. It was perfect. Lots to do, close to Heavenly Village and plenty of bedrooms.

The home provided all the amentities we needed. The home needs some love and attention: - Some beds were rock hard - Another had a metal box spring that squeeks with every move being very annoying, making bed unusable - Microwave turntable did not work properly - Dishwasher bottom rack was broken making diswasher difficult to use - Grill iginitor does not work requiring a lighter to light the gas - No available beach towels requiring purchasing towels to go to beaches - Communic ation with Branch was excellent. Always answered the phone with a live person to answer questions

The house was fantastic! It was plenty big for our large group and it had plenty of fun options for entertainment. It was an easy ride into town and also accesible by lyft or Uber.

We had a wonderful stay here for a family gathering. There is a great big table so everyone was able to sit together for dinner and then play some pool and other games downstairs. Couldn’t have found a better place for kids or adults, everyone was happy. Excellent experience!

We loved the house and all of the room. I would highly recommend for large groups as there was plenty of room. Also a place to park our boat. We loved this house and would definitely book this house again! The property management staff were so responsive with any needs! We had a wonderful time!

Very close to Heavenly! The house was big and comfortable. We had a few issues with wifi, but the host resolved them quickly. The house was well equipped except there were no extra towels or blankets.

I’ll start off by saying the house is perfect for a large group. The host was very attentive when I would ask questions prior to arrival and we were even able to check in a little early:). The house was clean and full of entertainment for kiddos. Perfect parking for 4 cars. Hot tub was great!! From past reviews I’ve read some appliances didn’t work very well, however, looks they they replaced and fixed everything because all was good! Honestly, looks like they actually care and read the reviews. U can’t ask for more:). Yes, bring the basics as the house only has 2 towel sets per bedroom. Good thing we came prepared with paper towels and extra toilet paper:). Oh and yes, very icy out front, so be careful u may slip. That’s Mother Nature for u. The only thing that went wrong was the oven in the main house. Looks like a lot of grease was left and the house got real Smokey. However, we made it work. We used oven in guest house and there u have it. All in all we had an amazing time. Would love to rent this house again. Loved making new memories. And the host was very easy to work with. Thank you so much!!:)

The house was very spacious the teens and adults enjoyed playing ping pong and shuffle board. Very close to beach and grocery stores. The management company was very prompt to respond to our needs. Great views from deck ! Could of used more towels since there was 20 of us . They do have a washer and dryer. So we were constantly doing laundry . Overall everyone was very pleased with the accommodations.

Kitchen-dishwasher bottom rack too big, dents and wobbling door. Refrigerator missing shelves and/or drawers making it a challenge to store food. One sink missing appropriate handle to turn on/off water. Main floor bedroom-bed makes noises whenever you move; no en-suite. Parking-owner states only 6 cars may park, 4 in driveway and 2 in garage, but 2 in the garage doesn’t work because there’s a ping pong table set up so only 1 car fits.

My husband and I had both of our families come out with us and the house was perfect for accommodating such a large group! Close enough to anything you might need and close to all the great sights! We really enjoyed our stay!

This property was in a great location although it needs lots of upgrades, specially with the mice infestation, while our stay we had mice in our room and 2 in the kitchen. mice poop in the kitchen floor, house was not cleaned properly, mold on the bathrooms, top range filters are really dirty spiderwebs on top of stove, The refrigerator doesn't work properly we had to keep our food in the coolers outside the balcony to keep things cold. the oven don't work, the dishwasher is broken from the bottom shelf, the freezer door is broken, microwave don't work, the door knobs in all rooms are lose and they don't lock not even the restrooms have locks. the pull out couches are horrible wires are coming out of them. the bench from the kitchen was wobbling that when my dad sat on it he fell and the bench broke, the chairs from the island and from the dinning table are also not really safe to sit. some items on the play room are also broken like pool sticks, billiard triangle and score board. and the most dangerous is the driveway, it is completely covered in ice, 2 people fell walking to their cars and got hurt really bad.
