Close to hiking and biking trails and located in a peaceful neighborhood great for walking. Fifteen minutes to Heavenly, the lake, or downtown shopping; twenty minutes to Stateline, the casinos, and Heavenly Village. Close to Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood ski resorts.

Easy access off North Upper Truckee Road.

Full kitchen, washer and dryer. This is a comfortable two-level home in a very quiet wooded neighborhood. Cross counrty ski and snow shoe right out the door in the winter. Plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails in the neighborhood in the summer. Make yourself at home!

THE RESERVATION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN OUR CONTRACT AND SEND IT BACK WITH A COPY OF YOUR ID. THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT.

New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, you must be quiet after 10 pm and no more cars than can fit in the driveway. This home fits 2 cars.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $75 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

Family winter vacation

Nice location and cabin is well equipped.Needs a deep cleaning and time for a quick fumigation; found lots of spider webs and some spiders in living room and upstairs.Kitchen is nice, but sadly the BBQ didn’t work so we had to improvise and used the small grill in the stove.Happy new year!
