The house was perfect for me and my daughter- comfy bed, great shower and all the basic appliances we wanted- fridge, microwave, toaster for my bagel and coffee/tea maker. We took advantage of everything that was offered- rode the house bikes to Mt Iron (3-4 miles away) and hiked the loop and rode back. 「Lovely place with easy access to the beach. Extremely quiet and dark, allowing for great stargazing. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Friendly host who quickly explained everything and was available for questions via text. Would definitely return the next time we’re near Kaikoura. 」
