"The hotel needs to renovate some of its furniture. The couch was old, worn and uncomfortable. The interior curtains were ripped. We had a 2 bedroom suite. 3 windows. All 3 windows had curtains with ripped holes in them. Also concerning: When we left to go for dinner, there were 4 chairs at the table. When we returned, there were 3. So, after we checked in, someone entered our suite to get a chair. This isn’t appropriate entry regulations. The beds were comfortable and access to the kitchenette was convenient. The overnight cost for this room is expensive. With the need for improvements in the room, the cost should be lower."

"the perfect combination of affordable, clean and the basic amenities I would expect for a hotel at this level. Room was lovely (tv could use an upgrade but hey who could lol). LOVED having pool and hot tub access and the two women on staff I dealt with (stayed 6/11-6/13) were all VERY VERY kind and accommodating of my dynamic disabilities. Also really responsive to any issues that came up! Main criticism, which I have with all hotels, is the early breakfast! My disability has my sleep schedule out of my control so I wish there was a way I could still access even a smaller version of breakfast later"
