The spacious outdoor spaces have also been perfected complete with an outdoor shower, campfire area, large gazebo with dining outfitted with lights and a ceiling fan. There is a Weber grill and patio, a separate deck with Adirondack lounge chairs and a cozy breakfast area, plus a small shed where you can store beach gear and more. Additional indoor private space is available in the separate roomy studio, where you'll find a movie & gaming setup, table for board games and additional sitting space to enjoy a peaceful drink.
*Please note*: The outdoor shower is currently out of commission, as there is a plumbing issue that leads to flooding in the basement whenever the shower is used. We apologize for the inconvenience! 

Near downtown and the harbor and only one block from kids corner and two blocks from the beach, the cottage is a fantastic location for short walks to the beach, playground, or strolls along the riverfront, harbor, and to downtown. So, once you have settled in, you will not need the car. Just relax and enjoy!
