Great stay for a group of adults!

We had 5 couples (all family) stay and there was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together but still have their own sleeping/bathroom space.

We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and very clean home. There are huge bedrooms, bathrooms and entertaining space for everyone. The pool, fire pit and patio were also fantastic! Great house and location

I went up with a group of friends for a golf trip, and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was fantastic, great outdoor space with the fire pit, and plenty of bed space. The walk to town was easy, and Bob made the check-in and check-out easy. I’m looking forward to returning!

Property was clean and plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. The heated pool was a big hit and were able to use although the outside temperature was 65 degrees. Close to town and Lake Michigan. Great stay, would highly recommend!

What a great house!

We were super happy with the property! Everyone had their own bedroom area which allowed respite for our big group! The pool was perfect for our kiddos, and the kitchen was well appointed for making family meals. The location is basically perfect - a less than 5 minute drive to everything you'd want to see.

Great place in South Haven

We spent an awesome week at this home in South Haven. Our group included ages from 5 to 75 and everyone had a great time. The pool and outdoor set up was perfect for kids and grandparents. The house was big and spacious. Bob was a great host and easy to contact. We hope to come back to this house another summer!

Great house for large groups

This vacation home is great for large groups. We had 10 adults and 1 teen, and there was more than enough space for all of us, including lots of bathrooms! The best part about this property is the back yard. The pool is really nice, and it's heated. We used the fire pit a couple of evenings, and there was space for a few outside games that we had brought. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Fall Break Fun

The house is spacious, clean and exactly as the listing describes. The heated pool was a hit with the kids! The house isn’t exactly walking distance from downtown SH or the beach but it’s only a five minute drive and easy to get to. Bob was very nice to work with and he even keep the pool open for our stay!

Fantastic place!

We stayed here with our kids, their spouses and our grandkids. What a fabulous time. The place is huge and we never felt like we were in each others way. The place is even larger in person than the listing conveys. Each family and the kids has their own bathroom, which was perfect. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip. Plenty of space for everyone to sit around and plenty of spots for more intimate conversations away from the family. The kitchen was perfect for our meals, and the accommodations overall were so nice we barely left the house! We are already talking about a return trip.

5 Star Property for Annual Summer Trip

My group consisted of ten adults and this was our 5th annual South Haven Summer Trip. We stayed 3 nights Thursday - Sunday. Compared to the two other properties our group has historically rented in the area and enjoyed, Bob's property takes the cake by a mile. The property has so much to offer (e.g. 5 full bathrooms, heated pool, lounge pool chairs, large outdoor umbrellas, ping pong, tetherball, grill, bon fire pit). The location is a bit further of a walk (22 min to Captain Lou's :D), BUT it's well worth it with all the other great amenities / value adds of the property. The only item(s) our group wish would be improved for the future would be adding bar / cocktail making supplies to the kitchen. Bob was super easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We had zero issues during our stay and so we had no need to reach out to Bob for additional assistance.

Excellent stay for a big family getaway

It's been a few days since we returned from South Haven but we are still glowing from our week-long stay. In total, we were a party of 11 -- 3 families, 6 adults, 2 tweens and 3 teenagers. My family, my sister's family and my cousin's family loved this house and location for our summer vacation. For the adults, we had PLENTY of space to hang out with and without the kids. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, with the kids having their own space for a "sleepover" experience. The grown-ups had no trouble cooking, grilling and hanging out. The tweens and teens had a BLAST and a lot of freedom. They played ping pong, swam in the pool, watched movies and used the WiFi for gaming. All of us enjoyed the pool (awesome that it is heated!) and fire pit, outdoor seating for meals, being together in the common spaces, sleeping well in our beds and never feeling too crowded in the house. We also enjoyed the location, in that it was walkable to the beach/town but far away from too much action. It was nice to have a car if we didn't feel like a long walk. We enjoyed a late evening stroll to watch the sunset. We drove to North Beach with all our gear for a beach day (although the water was freezing). We had fun shopping at the cute stores and boutiques on Phoenix St. We also highly enjoyed the first few days of the Blueberry Festival! There was something for everyone! Bob was GREAT to work with and we had easy communication before and during our stay. Thanks for a great stay!
