The room was at the end and quiet but at 1 am they moved a family of 18 to all the room next to me and it took over an hour screaming kids banging it was awful the lady at the desk the next day responded to my email she was amazing moved me to an upgraded room didn’t let them move anyone above me ...

First time i stayed it wasmt bad rooms weremt the best and hallwayss and rooms smelled like poop bad but this time the lady behind the desk was rude and didnt wanna help anyone they were straight lazy and the room wasnt really clean at all and smelt like stale ciggaretes and alcohol the resturant ...
