We arrived at 0900 and they let us check into the room early which was so appreciated as we were very jet lagged and needed to sleep. Blackout curtains and a quiet room with great AC were welcome as well. Friendly staff.

The staff at this hotel were the most helpful staff I have experienced. If I had a question they were so quick to help answer the question. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were always gracious, kind and patient.
The location is wonderful if you want to be near nature, to enjoy a walk along the beach. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I stay in Singapore often and have stayed in over 10 different hotels here ranging from $50 a night to $600 a night. Santa Grand in East Coast has become my favorite hotel hands down though. It's an excellent value and in an awesome location for enjoying a relaxing time and holiday. I used to prefer the hustle of the CBD but now I apreciate the chill factor and heritage of the East Coast area of Kalong. I love the staff here, they are all so friendly and helpful and make me feel at home...

Found this hotel by chance after id already booked my regular hotel in singapire.Decided to chabge at the last moment and was glad i did.Firstly the hotel is brand new.The rooms are smallish but clean.Nice large TV but unforunately they had teething problems with the internet tv which worked and then didnt.But when it did work there were lots of stations to choose from all over the world.The staff and owner were very receptive and friendly and always resolved all issues.Furthermore its in a...
