From the beginning through our entire stay of 21/2 weeks, Manon and Frank, the owners who live in the house that is attached to the apartment, did everything to make our stay comfortable and wonderful! They were in excellent communication with us before and during our stay. They were willing to help us with a couple of questions about the apt., and they were incredibly accommodating about our requests. The full kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and every kind of pot, plate and silverware that you could possibly need. I was even able to do some baking because of the electric mixer that was provided and mixing bowl! The living room is very comfortable. The TV is an updated one, and cable works very well. I was able to have some zoom meetings with their Internet. It’s very quiet - excellent for sleeping and resting! The whole apt. and bathroom were very clean! There is a lovely private screened in porch attached to the apartment, which looks out onto the back lawn and the pool. It’s too bad we weren’t there in the summer so we could use the lovely pool! The neighborhood is suburban and rural with gorgeous farmland and woods to take walks and bike rides around right outside your door. There is excellent shopping 20 minutes away, in nearby Hadley and Amherst MA (5 college area), with wonderful locally owned restaurants, as well as chain type restaurants. It is very close to the Yankee candle flagship store, as well as a local very popular microbrewery that has outdoor seating as well as indoor seating.
