Great house and location

Great house and location. We really enjoyed it. Close to beaches! While we were there the AC and outdoor shower didn’t work and we weren’t informed ahead of time. The couch and living room furniture was also very uncomfortable. And bring your own coffee, not provided.

Ladies weekend getaway

Wish the weather was better, it rained all day Saturday! The house accommodated 5 of us and we had plenty of space. We definitely need a redo in Chatham, maybe next year. Just a recommendation…the twin beds, especially in the pink room, needs new mattresses….and 10am checkout is a bit early …11am would make a difference. Thank you!

Great location and a nice, sunny house

Cute house with lots of natural light. The rooms are set up well and it’s a great location, with great access to so many towns. Also it was an easy walk / short drive to a couple nearby beaches.

We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in South Chatham. The house was beautiful, clean and a great location. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location is because for our family, with 3 small children, it was not easily walkable to the beach. However, it was a quick drive down the street to Forest Beach and our family enjoyed every minute. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute house close to downtown Chatham

We had a lovely stay here! The house was comfortable, clean, & had a great outdoor space to enjoy on nice days. The location was a convenient drive to Chatham's main street but also a central location to get to the north end of the cape for day trips. Would highly recommend for friends/family!

Nice rental

Our experience….

It was okay…. However the first morning we woke up to ants all over the kitchen. We bought ant spray and traps and also cleaned up everything. That was the end of them. Also, no dish towels or pot holders anywhere. The bedding was cheap too. The lock box was very awkwardly placed and difficult to find and very hard to open. That said, we had fun in the area and will come back to the area for sure. Unlikely to stay in this house.

Great Stay

House was very clean, modern and located in a great neighborhood. Landscaping was well maintained, drawing us to the back deck for the majority of our meals and conversations. Morning and evening walks to the beach were amazing (about 10 mins). Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly, allowing us to feel welcomed. The house is centrally located, most attractions were not an unreasonable drive. Only down fall, there were only few rolls of TP, 1 paper towel roll and no extra trash bags. So we had to go to the store and purchase all of this. So my only advice is to double check with the management company to ensure it is stocked prior your arrivals. Overall, really a great place to stay!

The Perfect Getaway June 2021

This property exceeded our expectations!! Nicely landscaped, very tidy and all the amenities and conveniences we could ask for! Located near enough to all of our favorite activities (beaches, bike trail, restaurants etc). Thumbs up!

Girl Time

The property was very neat and clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing. We locked our keys in the house and Vacasa was right on it and had a key for us ready for when we returned from our day trip. I feel the beds upstairs could be better. On vacation you need a good nights sleep.

Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay in Chatham. The house was perfect...well equipped with very comfortable furniture ad a great location, very close to the beach and town. We only wish that we had been able to stay longer. The only recommendation I might make is for there to be more comfortable furniture on the patio. We especially loved the outdoor shower!

Charming Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The interior was charming, cozy, clean, and came with all the essentials. We also liked the layout with a bedroom/bathroom downstairs for us and upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom for our 3 teens. The outdoor space was also nice with a good-sized patio and outdoor shower. The bike path is only a few blocks from the house and it is a short ride into town. The closest beach is also about a 10 minute walk or even faster via bike. We loved that the bike shop in Chatham (Chatham Hood) delivered and picked up bikes at the house for our stay! Overall, we recommend this property. If it weren't for a few small snafus (grill was a mess and grease pan and gas needed replacing, blinds for sliding glass doors were broken and cable TV did not--although SmartTV did), we would absolutely give this place 5 stars!!

The home was lovely and in a convenient location to beaches, restaurants and gift shops. Loved that it was roomy for 6 adults. One tiny suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses.

Beach House

Proximity to a small, interesting and not crowded beach is absolutely the highlight of this house. Another thing that stood out to us is how updated and clean it is! We would have loved more garage bags, paper towels and toilet paper - aside from that it was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for a place to build our memories!
