A perfect long weekend with our US-based son and his family. Booking from UK and arrival was completed easily, with great communications and easy instructions from Del Mar. The house was in perfect order and a pleasure to relax in, with equipment available for happy, local beach visits. Would definitely visit again.

Great place for family vacation

We enjoyed this well kept house for our family of 6, the location couldn't be beat right by the beaches and in a nice neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. We would stay again!

The yard was big and beautiful, perfect for families. It did not have a fire pit but it did have a grill. I booked because the house had a fireplace and when we got there there was a sign stating it was not to be used by guests. The AC units were not installed when we got there so we had to call and they installed them the next day so the first night was uncomfortable. We also had no TV access for almost three days. They’re super friendly on the phone, the house itself was nice. Once the above stuff was resolved it was lovely. I do wish they would offer a credit of some sort for the tv thing and the lack of AC that first night. At night Chatham is fairly quiet in town so having a TV would have been nice in the late evenings.

Bereavement trip — Uncle Don

The property was a lovely place to use as home base; we enjoyed relaxing there in the evening. The location seemed to be convenient to where we wanted to go. A couple things we experienced: the hair dryer upstairs didn't work; the front right burner on the stove didn't heat; the knives should be sharpened (i already mentioned the light on the dresser in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed).

Great house- location and cleanliness

4 min drive to red rock beach, very clean and convenient to Harwich and Chatham. Good accommodations including bedding, plenty of towels and basic kitchen necessities. Bring your own spices (wish basic spices were available) and basic cooking needs but has plenty of dishes, cups, cooking utensils, etc. Master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable but everyone is different. Really enjoyed this house and would definitely consider it again.

Just as described, clean, cute, great location. My only recommendations would be to replace the mattresses. If you are used to a high quality mattress, you will be disappointed, and to have some cupboard space for groceries. otherwise a great stay!!

Overall, it was a great place to stay! A couple of minor things; the AC units were very loud but we just turned them off. The pillows weren’t the greatest either but stacking or folding them helped.

Perfect cape rental for a family

This house was perfect for our family plus grandparents. It was very spacious and incredibly clean. Communication with the rental agency was clear and timely. It’s location within walking distance to the beach couldn’t be better. We were so happy with our stay and hated to leave.

We loved staying at this house! Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Host answered me quickly when I had a question. Location was perfect for our trip! Only things we wished it had was a full length mirror and a mirror in the bedroom upstairs. As two women getting ready for a wedding we would have liked those two additions. Nice house. Clean and plenty of space

Overall we were pleased with our stay. There was some frustration with some of the appliances. Toaster did not work and often tripped the outlet. One of burners on the stove did not work. Also the grill ignition did not work. Other than those things it was a great house and the process was easy.

This was our first time renting a vacation home, and I was a little nervous going into it—but I couldn’t have been happier with this experience. The house was absolutely beautiful. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by how sparkling clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated it was.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with every tool and utensil you could possibly need, along with thoughtful basics like salt, pepper, and even coffee. It made cooking and gathering in the kitchen really enjoyable.The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and having linens and towels provided was a huge plus—especially since we had traveled about six hours to get there. Not only were there plenty of towels, but they were also high quality, which we really appreciated.The outdoor space was lovely and the grill worked perfectly. One of our favorite parts was the location: it was just a half-mile walk to the beach, which we took advantage of every day. It was such a peaceful and pleasant walk.Overall, my family was so happy staying here. It was a beautiful home in a great location for exploring other parts of the Cape as well. Truly an amazing experience—we’d definitely come back!
