"We stayed with our two teenagers and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were clearly labeled making it easy to find and replace cooking items. The covered deck overlooking the lake was maybe the best part and we utilized it every day. Speaking of the lake, the house is located on a terrific spot with quick and easy access to the lake. "We really enjoyed our first time at this house in Clarksville. We always love our trips to Bugg's Island and this house did not disappoint!!!! Pros: Very clean, easy access to town, great communication with the owners prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay. Loved the owners laminated reminders for check-in and check-out ~ made taking care of their house a breeze. "We stayed at this property for Lakefest. It's quiet, clean, and close to Clarksville. Loved the shady, private walk to the beach and all the amenities. Such a quiet cove for small children to swim and enjoy the water. Internet was spotty, but otherwise great stay!"

"The house is great. We enjoyed playing air hockey in the very nice basement. The backyard is amazing! Very big yard with pool and privacy fence. The lights in the backyard at night are beautiful and a great spot to relax and wind down. We loved it and already booked it again! The host is just great!"

"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "
