"There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted."

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"I had a great stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, great location. I would definitely come back. My only complaint was that some people started fighting very loudly at 3am near my cabin and I didn’t know what to do, since there is no staff on site."

"Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊"
