Wasn’t terrible. Definitely could use some updating for sure. The pool room has paint falling and peeling from the roof. Blow dryers didn’t work and no hair products were stocked. Chairs in room were broken and tore up. Price was decent. Good for a quick stay.

Property is definitely run down in some areas. Elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some decent options but the juice machine was also broken. Room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We had to ask for toilet paper, as it wasn't restocked before our arrival. Highlight was the pool and hot tub, though the jets were malfunctioning so they weren't worth using. Wasn't a leisure trip for us, just a weekend stayover while we finished a favor for some family - can't complain too much with that context. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as vacation lodgings, but if you're just passing through it'll get you by.

The room was in good condition with cleanliness. However, there were 4 of us and only two towels and no conditioner. Also, we arrived to hotel around 4pm and couldn't get into room until a little after 5pm. We were given pool access while we waited.

Worst stay I've ever had. Room smelled like nicotine and the front desk clerk came checked it and said it's just the AC that's how it smells like I don't know what nicotine smells like. No room service no cleaning of the room and when I requested towels I was told I would need to bring my dirty towels to them first in order to get clean towels. Needless to say I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend anybody to stay here again where service ever worse room ever never mind finding a dead roach in the bathroom.

Staff is ok. I stayed in this same hotel in Sept when a big event was local. It was much nicer well maintained. This time I had to ask for everything breakfast closes early with little options pool. I guess with this place price is what your service is based on. I paid 150 then and 86 this time. smh

There's not really anything good to say about this hotel. The whole hotel smelled like weed, everything felt dirty, the pool was fine but the hot tub was slightly warm but not hot. The cover on the light in the hot tub was broken and a safety hazard. The elevator certificate expired over a year ago. Breakfast was completely empty and when we asked about it the guy came and put out one thing and wandered away to watch TV again. There were kids yelling and running up and down the hall until past midnight and the staff didn't do anything. The only thing remotely positive was that the beds were comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else stay.

The front desk staff did about the bare minimum and was not friendly/hard to understand. The room itself was decent at first glance but was not cleaned well. There was a hole in one of the doors and dust on some shelving. The AC did not work (only the heat), the shower had a couple leaking valves and the tub should be scrubbed to get rid of lime and other marks. I had to ask for shampoo because it was empty in the shower and I asked for the AC to be looked at because the first night it wouldn’t turn on at all. I had to follow up on Day 2 of my stay to go get shampoo because it was not refilled after I asked the first day, and I had to re-plug in the AC to get it to turn on (though it still didn’t work). Overall, it provided a bed for a cheap price but the staff clearly does the bare minimum, if that. The food for breakfast was minimal and looked unpleasant, and no one has vacuumed the hallways in a while it seems.

Our stay was okay. Based on the online pictures and price (ND football weekend) I expected it to be a bit nicer. Our room was clean, but while using the restroom at night, a roach walked across the floor. Also, both stairwells had not been vacuumed in a while. Parts of the hotel have been refinished such as new paint, floor tiles, and carpet, but other areas show their age such as rusty door frames and old bathtubs. Also, sub flooring was not fixed before putting down carpet and tiles. So the floor tiles in our bathroom moved under foot and the hallway didn’t feel solid under the carpeting. The breakfast was okay. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice through the window.

Shower had pubic hairs in it, there was dead cockroaches and spider webs. Not once did they offer to clean room. You had to bring dirty towels to front desk to get new ones.

We had loud neighbors and nothing was done about it. The breakfast was poor and not restocked when things were gone. We didn’t have enough towels and was questioned about it when we asked for 1 more. I only saw one employee, so that could have been part of the problem.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Shower faucet is a disaster - no way to control temperature separately. practically no water pressure has comfortable temp. Comfortable pressure has hotter than hell water. terrible design. Everything else about hotel was fine.
