Step inside and you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space with a queen bed, modern finishes, and everything arranged to make unwinding effortless.
Just beyond your door, a private hot tub, crackling fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a wide-open patio set the scene for golden-hour mornings and starlit evenings. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky here is the kind most people have only seen in photographs.
The property offers walking and biking trails to the catch-and-release fishing pond, a lighted pickleball court, a pool and gazebo area, horseshoes, corn hole, meditation benches throughout the grounds, and bicycles for exploring at your own pace.
The Social House features a large Smart TV, full catering kitchen available upon request, ice machine, mini fridge, and two bathrooms. Its large sliding glass doors open to the pool and covered patio — ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing poolside. A gas barbecue grill and fire pit sit nearby for evening cookouts under the stars.
New for 2025, The Pavilion offers a beautifully constructed event space with high ceilings, large fans, and unique lighting — available for weddings, family reunions, corporate meetings, and special events.
