"Brand new property — it had only been open for about two weeks during our stay. There were still a few finishing touches being completed (like some hallway paint), but overall it was a great experience. The room was beautiful with thoughtful design and décor, and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others."

"The check-in line was incredibly long, and the wait was exhausting. I don’t see the point of offering online check-in if we still have to go through such a tedious process upon arrival. Furthermore, the pool area was a mess—there were absolutely no seats available, and the water was visibly dirty. It was a very disappointing experience."

"Great location overlooking Rainey St. The property was new and clean and the staff were friendly. Super close to the river/lake and amazing bars and restaurants. The only issue I had was the sliding barn doors on the room bathrooms. Why is it this way? It's not private."

"We traveled with our two teen daughters and two small dogs. The view from our room, "Suite, 1 Bedroom, Corner" was very large, clean and comfortable. the view was wonderful. The room was in fair condition. some of the windows were either very dirty on the outside or had a broken seal that caused condensation to get between the pains. We booked a Studio Suite: 2 Queens for our girls. Their view was of a wall a few feet from their window. The breakfast was just okay but on the poor end of the range of average for this level of hotel. Staff was very nice. "

"The grounds are nice, but the rooms lack some basic bathroom amentities (i.e., q-tips, shower caps etc) and a true closet. The rooms are also not business-friendly. My internet went out during multiple calls, and there were only two useful outlets (one under the desk where the TV is, and one next to the bed) and no USB / USB-C ports. Didn't have a chance to use the gym or pool. Drip coffee served downstairs in the morning. "

"Room was a bit shabby (in need of paint and a good grout cleaning in shower) and the bar sink didn't work. Breakfast was great (especially made to order omelettes), all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We were not given our "Hilton Honors Silver" status gift or the wifi info at our late night check in, so had to ask for those. We love the water stations and coffee available all hours. Overall it was a good enough stay. "
