We had one incident at check out where the staff were trying to charge us for excursions that we already paid for but that could have been miscommunication on the staff's behalf. Overall a good stay at this location . The rooftop has amazing views of the pyramids and the food has traditional Egyptian cuisine."

It's not the Ritz, but the staff are friendly, the rooms, though basic, are clean and comfortable, and the view of the pyramids, from room or roof, is unmatched, particularly at sunrise and sundown. It's also 20m from the secondary entrance to the pyramid complex, so you can be on site first thing in the morning before it gets too hot. "
