"Spectacular communication with the host ! So clean and lovely !!! "

"This was the most amazing stay I've ever had. The property has the best views, great paid breakfast, parking, privacy, and the staff was helpful when we needed accommodations. My wife and I had rented a very small Toyota and had no issues getting through town or up the hill to the property. Room service is available upon request and the ladies did a great job when we requested cleaning. Beach towels are provided and you can ask for new towels anytime. The staff helped us book a reservation at Treetop Restaurant that's just up the hill. The pool was clean and also had a great view. In the evenings, a polite and friendly security guard either sits in his booth or roams the property. He's always nearby, but didn't come super close to our room or balcony. Wifi was good, but we had some lagging when streaming. A/C runs great. We kept it at 64 F at night. We used the kitchen area a couple times through the week and had no issues. The stove, pans, microwave, fridge/freezer, and sink were very nice. It'll be hard to beat this property on any vacation in the future."

Her sweet, warm, and genuinely pleasant demeanor made every interaction feel personal and heartfelt. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who radiates such kindness while maintaining impeccable professionalism — she is a true gem. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way. "My husband and I got married here and stayed for a week as well back in April of this year. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Valna and Katrina helped with our stay and our wedding. Everything went extremely smooth and they checked in on us every step of the way. The restaurant staff took the time to remember our names and treated us like family. The food was outstanding as well. They have security at the front of the resort so you are safe here. A short walk to the reception area and they will help plan whatever activity you want to do and arrange a taxi. The rooms were kept extremely clean and you have netting around your bed in case you’re worried about bugs. However we didn’t have any issues with insects whatsoever. Lizards you will see everywhere but they’re harmless! We’re already planning a trip back!"

"We stayed 4 nights at La Haut and it was simply wonderful. So private and quiet, the plantation style buildings and main house are beautiful, but the grounds and views are exquisite. All staff were helpful and friendly. The infinity pool was lovely, with panoramic vistas that are just breathtaking! The restaurant on the property was also very good. Delicious food, good service, and also incredible views. Comfortable 4 post bed, all conveniences in room, plus an amazing deck overlooking the Pitons from your own hammock. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for a romantic getaway that is unique from a traditional hotel experience, this is the place."
