「Breakfast was always great. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Great location. Would recommend going there. 」

「The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average.」

「We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean. Shower was a little under the weather. We did have an issue with check in. It took 3 extra hours to get our room. Not ideal after a long travel day, but after that it was a very nice week. 」

「新しくてきれいなホテルではありましたが、部屋からプライベートビーチやレストランまで車で行かなければならなかったのが残念です。 オーシャンビューでなくても、せめて歩いて行ける距離だと思っていました。５つのプールがあるとの事で楽しみにしていましたが、各プールが遠く、普通のプールだったのも残念です。ゴルフをする人にはいいのかもしれませんが、海を楽しみたい方は、海の近くの部屋か確認した方がいいです。きれいな部屋でしたが、室内も窓からの景色も殺風景でした。従業員の感じは悪くなかったですが、何かをお願いしてから部屋にくるまでが遅かったのが不満です。全体的に無駄を省きすぎて冷たい印象を受けました。あと、駐車場の電気をもう少し明るくして欲しかったです。次行く機会があれば、海の近くのホテルにします。」

「Clean and quiet hotel About a 15 min walk to queen emma bridge n the downtown area 5 min drive from mambo beach 25 min drive from airport Food was okay Only bad side is they will not upgrade your room if your a platinum member they will tell you they don't have none even when they do smh」
