「Lovely people, nice spacious room, clean, good energy, thank you!」

「My experience was really unpleasant. Hot tubs were not working. Weird noises in room whole night. (Dripping noise) When reported, Front desk just have one answer they will call maintenance in the morning. It just broke down and telling lies about the hotel is fully booked if asked for changing the room. 」

「What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.」

「It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence). But, when I brought this up with the lady up front she was very apologetic and moved us into...

「スキーリゾートです。Season offに利用しましたので、宿泊費はreasonable.車があることが前提。同様なホテルやレストラン等が集まったエリア。所謂スキーリゾートのセンター街です。食事は近隣のホテルで朝昼晩と可能です。シーズン中はかなり宿泊費が高くなると思います。」
