「You could not adjust the heat in your room, you had to go to the office and ask for heat..had a little kitchen, that you could not use…no dishes, no silverware. TV was tiny. Floors were cold. It was clean」

「Had a room with a balcony facing the lake. It was nice to sit in the afternoon sunshine and with coffee in the morning listening to the birds in the sanctuary. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.」

「After travelling a long day, I arrived at the hotel with a smooth checkin. After getting to my room, I was excited to relax and order room service. However this option was removed. Therefore I called down the restaurant to order take out. No problem. Except, the phone rang and rang. After about 30 mins of trying to get through. I finally placed my take out order. After waiting roughly 30 mins, I walked down and saw absolute chaos in the restaurant. The entire place was packed with people and...
