Quarto confortável e staff atencioso

Monica e Giulia foram ótimas! Elas nos deram dicas da cidade e ofereceram suporte já no checkin e era muito simpáticas sempre que as encontrávamos. O quarto era grande e tinha um pátio agradável, bem como uma mini cozinha e utensílios para cozinhar o básico. Também estava disponível no quarto um "kit café da manhã", com bolachas e geléias. No geral, a nossa estadia foi bastante positiva. E certamente escolheremos o hotel em uma próxima estadia em Sorrento. O ponto que precisa ser levado em consideração é que o hotel não fica exatamente no centro da cidade. Sendo que é necessário caminhar por 15 minutos para chegar à estação de trem e/ou à praça principal.

This is an old family home, not a hotel; Gated, beautiful landscaping, happy small dog, bright and clean rooms, large bathroom and shower, large balcony. The owner and daughter were very helpful with suggestions for eating (all excellent). Very close walking to old Sorrento and the bay. No elevator, some street noise at night (planned future improvements).

Not that much boutique

Got a strange room with windows all around in odd sizes to match the facade in the new addition and a pillar in the middle of the room. I could not change room. Staff was super friendly though and location is good.

They have a parking lot, so I could park my car by free. The room was big and clean. Also, I could watch a big Samsung TV. WIFI was little weak in my room.

perfect place to visit

Villa Rose Sorrento is an absolutely lovely property. Our room was spacious and bright, with a large terrace that overlooked the beautiful landscaping. The kitchen area was well equipped, and the staff was very pleasant. We had a wonderful time here - Sorrento is a wonderful city!

Nicely furnished, clean room

Monica who works at that desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gave us information on local places to go and things to do. Outside Street noise was loud, but settled down at night. Nice amenities. Clean and quiet.

Perfect accomodation at a moderate price!!

Perfect small hotel, clean and spacious rooms, and so nice to have an available outdoor patio area, very charming, Would go back there in a hearbeat, great local restaurant right across the street.It really made for a pleasant visit to Sorrento!

Really nice comfortable stay

We were three woman travelling & exploring so spent little time at hotel. Living area is not overally large but we had a big outdoor area & large bathroom, so space was fine. Location was really close to town & safe & having secure car parking was really important as well as good wifi

Fanns ingen personal på plats, vi hade frågor och var förbi receptionen 4 - 5 ggr utan att den var bemannad. Dock var det en personal där vid incheckning men var väldigt otrevlig! Tror vi fick fel rum då vi hade betalat extra för balkong som vi inte fick. Skulle även finnas Wi-Fi men inget vi fick användaruppgifter till. Smutsiga lakan och ostädat badrum.

Won't stay here again

The air conditioning in our room did not work. Also, the internet signal was not strong enough in our room to connect our computer or iPhone. The man who was at the front desk wanted us to pay for the room at the beginning of our stay which I thought was unusual. I explained that I would not do so. I paid at the end of our stay as is typically done. We will not stay here again.

worst stay possible

Firstly the apartment was clean and well located, but that is where it stopped! The hardest, most unconfortable bed I've even endured. Ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the 5 nights... The guy that runs the place has a horrendous odour and you can smell him as you enter the reception. He also lives down stairs and has his television on full volume all night which keeps you awake. Not a lot of good to report about this place!

Miserable experience - DO NOT STAY HERE

Miserable experience. There were no towels in the room. The parking is in the front lawn and we were at the mercy of others parked behind us moving their cars. There was no internet service. There was no breakfast service, even through it was advertised as including breakfast. The "bed" for the third person was a sofa bed that was not "sleepable" - you felt the springs. My son had to sleep on the floor. The worst part is that there was no one there at the property to discuss any of this with. Once we checked in(and they took our money)the person at the front desk was never seen again. I wonder how they run a hotel with no one at the hotel available to service guests.
